Too Old for 3 a.m. Feedings!

It has been a long time (20 years!) since I have woke in the morning tired because I was up at 3 a.m. feeding the baby. But since I got home from Logan last weekend I have been doing just that getting up in the middle of the night to feed the "kittens." The are just a couple of weeks old, eyes just opening and just starting to walk and I might add adorable so I am not complaining. I feel like their mother, they can be sound asleep and they will instantly wake to the sound of my voice and they would rather be nuzzled up against me than anywhere else. It is fun to feel such unconditional love and being needed! After a month the plan is for one kitten to go to Justin's family and one to go to Julie and Matt, we will see how that goes (just kidding) you can have your kittens but I might need some visiting rights!

The Young and Young at Heart!

Uncle Josh always has a fun time when he gets with the kids. As I look at these pictures it takes me back through the years. Josh has always loved to play out loud, and the kids have always loved being with him. He is going to make a very cute Daddy some day! And for now Bracken and Ema enjoy him spoiling them!

No words to describe PROUD!

We just got home from a very special weekend where we were able to witness Justin and Alicia graduating from Utah State University. With tears in my eyes and excitement in my voice I cheered as they each in their own graduation ceremony were presented as graduating with honors! They are living proof that it is possible to do hard things! Both of them going to school full time, Alicia serving as the R.S. Pres. two busy kids, Justin in the Guard and preparing for the LSAT etc.!!!!! It is my opinion that if you you can live through this and graduate in excellence, you can do ANYTHING! Way to go Justin and Alicia! Thanks Ema and Bracken also for being a great support and keeping life fun!
